I always love speaking with you at the doors, and hearing what you want within our communities firsthand.<\/p>\n<p>My focus is on bringing your voice to City Hall, getting results for our community and city. Our accomplishments over the years include;<\/p>\n<p><b>2010-2014<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Richcraft Sensplex<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Major road resurfacing (Stonehenge, LaVerendrye, Ogilvie to name a few)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blair road crosswalk light<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Had Blair and Cyrville road added to future TMP<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opened first ever Ward office at Armstrong arena<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Established communications plan that sees regular emails, mailings (3-4 times a year) and social media.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2014-2018<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safer walking and biking delivering Shefford road Multi Use path<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cyrville road Multi Use path<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ogilvie road Multi Use path with benches<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blair road Speed reduction to 50kms at Pineview and bollards\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Major renovations of Pat Clark community centre (Cyrville community centre) that is a big win for Seniors and the community<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being a volunteer, I know the effort required to have police checks and why I championed them moving volunteer police checks online!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New project management practices that will save money and eliminate duplication.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Established Vision Jasmine that sees more community connectivity. This includes events, more programming in the community and infrastructure including rink boards and nets in the park.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Major road resurfacing (Eastvale, Beaverbrook, Casey to name a few)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Community splash pad at Loyola pad to serve 600 condos in the community<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2016 helped revive the beacon hill after school program\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working with the Dog Owner EXTREMELY happy to have opened one of only 3 fenced in dog parks in the city with parking. Our 4-legged friends love this place<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opened an intermediate soccer field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ken Steele park football bunker (coming 2021) &#8211; this is great news for the North Gloucester giants.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advocating for Police Background checks to be moved online now allows volunteers &amp; professionals to be vetted efficiently with less time wasted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pineview Community Hub give our neighbourhoods local facilities for programming and services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Road Conditions App<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2018- 2022<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quarry park<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> play structure<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Elmridge splash pad\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St. John Paul II Pedestrian Crossover<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quincy &amp;
