Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 un magnifique rappel du pouvoir de la communaut\u00e9, r\u00e9unissant des femmes de partout dans la r\u00e9gion avec un objectif commun : soutenir les victimes de violence domestique, leurs enfants et leurs animaux de compagnie \u00e0 travers Interval House.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai eu le privil\u00e8ge de proc\u00e9der au lancer d&#8217;ouverture du premier match aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de mon amie de longue date, <em>Stephanie Delorme<\/em>, un moment que je n&#8217;oublierai jamais. L&#8217;excitation et l&#8217;\u00e9nergie dans l&#8217;air \u00e9taient palpables, et cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;autant plus sp\u00e9cial gr\u00e2ce au travail acharn\u00e9 de ce groupe extraordinaire de mamans communautaires. Leur passion et leur d\u00e9vouement ont transform\u00e9 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement en quelque chose de profond\u00e9ment significatif.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui m\u2019a particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9, c\u2019est l\u2019esprit de comp\u00e9tition amicale. Des femmes de tous niveaux ont jou\u00e9 avec c\u0153ur et passion, non seulement pour l\u2019amour du jeu, mais aussi pour faire une v\u00e9ritable diff\u00e9rence dans la vie de ceux qui en ont le plus besoin. Que ce soit sur la glace, dans les gradins en train de soutenir, ou en tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, chaque personne impliqu\u00e9e contribuait \u00e0 quelque chose de plus grand qu\u2019elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s le premier lancer de la rondelle, il \u00e9tait \u00e9vident que ce tournoi n\u2019\u00e9tait pas seulement une comp\u00e9tition de hockey. C\u2019\u00e9tait un moyen de nous unir pour sensibiliser et soutenir ceux touch\u00e9s par la violence domestique. La g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 manifest\u00e9e \u00e0 travers les dons, la vente de t-shirts et les billets de tirage a \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9ritablement r\u00e9confortante. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9vident que tous ceux qui y participaient avaient un seul but en t\u00eate : avoir un impact positif.<\/p>\n<p>Un immense merci \u00e0 <em>Stephanie Delorme<\/em> et \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui ont contribu\u00e9 au succ\u00e8s de ce tournoi. Le tournoi Ice Warriors est un exemple \u00e9clatant de ce qui peut \u00eatre accompli lorsque nous nous unissons pour une bonne cause, et il apporte de l&#8217;espoir \u00e0 ceux qui en ont besoin.<\/p>\n<p>Merci, Ice Warriors, de nous rappeler que la gentillesse, l\u2019unit\u00e9 et la solidarit\u00e9 peuvent v\u00e9ritablement changer le monde.
