I\u2019ve been here before, but it was nice to return and catch up with the team during such an exciting milestone for the business.<\/p>\n<p>From the moment you walk in, the place just <i>feels right<\/i>. The air smells exactly how you want a burger place to smell, and the space itself is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. It\u2019s clear a lot of care has gone into creating a spot where people can come in, feel comfortable, and enjoy really good food.<\/p>\n<p><b>One year on Cyrville Road \u2014 and breakfast is here<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Celebrating one year at their Cyrville Road location is no small achievement, and the team has a lot to be proud of. Pearson Street started as a mobile kitchen back in 2021 and quickly became a local favourite. Seeing them continue to grow and put down roots here is great for the community.<\/p>\n<p>They also shared some exciting news: <b>breakfast is now being served<\/b>, with service starting at <b>7:30 a.m.<\/b> It\u2019s a great addition to an already sizeable menu, which includes their well-known smashburgers, melts, poutine, and fresh-cut fries. Whether you\u2019re stopping in early or later in the day, there\u2019s plenty to choose from.<\/p>\n<p><b>A team that makes the difference<\/b><\/p>\n<p>What really stood out during the visit was the team. They\u2019re friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely proud of what they\u2019re building. You can tell they care about the food, the space, and the people walking through the door. It was a pleasure to stop in and see how well things are going.
