A great stop at Pearson Street Smashburgers N’ Melts on Cyrville Road

It was great to stop in at Pearson Street Smashburgers N’ Melts on Cyrville Road as they marked one year at this location and announced the addition of breakfast to their already popular menu.
January 9, 2026 by Andrea Shane

It was great to stop in at Pearson Street – Smashburgers N’ Melts on Cyrville Road this week, especially as they recently marked one year at this location. I’ve been here before, but it was nice to return and catch up with the team during such an exciting milestone for the business.

From the moment you walk in, the place just feels right. The air smells exactly how you want a burger place to smell, and the space itself is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating a spot where people can come in, feel comfortable, and enjoy really good food.

One year on Cyrville Road — and breakfast is here

Celebrating one year at their Cyrville Road location is no small achievement, and the team has a lot to be proud of. Pearson Street started as a mobile kitchen back in 2021 and quickly became a local favourite. Seeing them continue to grow and put down roots here is great for the community.

They also shared some exciting news: breakfast is now being served, with service starting at 7:30 a.m. It’s a great addition to an already sizeable menu, which includes their well-known smashburgers, melts, poutine, and fresh-cut fries. Whether you’re stopping in early or later in the day, there’s plenty to choose from.

A team that makes the difference

What really stood out during the visit was the team. They’re friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely proud of what they’re building. You can tell they care about the food, the space, and the people walking through the door. That kind of attention makes a difference, and it shows in the atmosphere they’ve created.

Find them on Cyrville Road

Pearson Street Smashburgers N’ Melts is located at 1460 Cyrville Road, Unit 5. It’s a great local spot to check out, whether you’re already a fan or visiting for the first time.

Worth the stop

Congratulations again to the Pearson Street Smashburgers N’ Melts team on one year at their Cyrville Road location and on expanding their menu to include breakfast. It was a pleasure to stop in and see how well things are going. Cyrville Road has a great food spot, and it’s well worth a visit.
