Liv Nutrition: A Vision of Health Without Limits

September 4, 2025

When Lucy and Vitor opened Liv Nutrition a year and a half ago, they were not just starting a business. Together, they were building a place where health, joy, and community could come together.

The name Liv carries a special meaning. Inspired by Lucy’s daughter and by the idea of living life to the fullest, it reflects the energy and optimism that both Lucy and Vitor bring to their work every day. Their paths to this point were different, yet complementary. Lucy came from a busy career in beauty and business, where constant work and setbacks led her to rethink her priorities and pursue wellness more deeply. Vitor, meanwhile, has embraced his own journey of training and healthier living, showing through his progress that wellness is about persistence and balance.

Quick and Healthy Choices

At Liv Nutrition, health is never about restriction. Their protein waffles and shakes are more than treats; they are balanced meals filled with vitamins and minerals. Low in sugar, low in calories, and packed with flavour, these creations show that eating well can also be enjoyable. Whether whey-based or plant-based, each option is designed for people on the go, including parents, students, entrepreneurs, and anyone looking for a convenient, nourishing meal.

Building a Community

For Lucy and Vitor, Liv Nutrition is not only a café. It is a hub where people connect, support each other, and share moments of joy. From community walks to karaoke nights, they create spaces where neighbours can gather and friendships can grow. Their philosophy is simple: food should bring people together, not divide them.

They also believe in sharing what they learn. Recipes, tips, and coaching are part of their mission, encouraging people to continue their wellness journey at home and discover that healthy living is possible without limitations.

A Growing Vision

Liv Nutrition thrives on Facebook and Instagram, where their story continues to inspire. Every customer who walks in the door is part of something larger: a movement toward health without fear, judgment, or restriction.

At the heart of Liv Nutrition is a shared belief that Lucy and Vitor live every day: food can be your best friend. Their vision is one of balance, positivity, and possibility, a vision of health without limits.
